Emails are sent via Resend (Resend Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA). Resend processes the message data for delivery purposes. Data transfers to the USA are based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures / handling your enquiry) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in processing incoming enquiries). Data is deleted once your enquiry has been fully addressed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Our website embeds a booking widget from Meetergo (Meetergo GmbH, Germany). When you book an appointment via this widget, your data (name, email address, preferred time slot) is transmitted directly to and processed by Meetergo on servers in Germany.
